At Unforgettable, dinner in Turin turns into a front row seat. The room is built around a ten seat counter, an idea that makes every movement in the kitchen part of the show.  The setting has the calm confidence of old Turin: a 15th century building, brick vaults, soft light, and a contemporary, sober fit out that keeps your attention on what lands in front of you.  Chefs Stefano Mancinelli and Sabrina Stravato cook with the precision of a tasting menu, but the mood stays playful.  Their current path, called Confine, explores the blurred border between kitchen and pastry, so savoury ideas can arrive with dessert technique, and sweets can behave like a course with bite and tension.  Expect a paced, two hour progression, with some bites designed for your hands and others for cutlery, all aimed at keeping you alert, curious, and slightly amused by how quickly your expectations get rearranged.
